The raffle has been organised by Tamara O'Sullivan for the charity MIND in memory of her mum Kerry who died suddenly at the age of 43.

Tamara (25) is the eldest daughter of Kerry and she has organised a 'celebration of life' party in October at Rosegrove Railway Club in her mum's honour. And she is combining the event with the fundraiser for MIND, a charity that supports and advises people who are struggling with their own mental health and well being.

Several hampers, restaurant vouchers, a bungee jump voucher and a five month supply of Irn-Bru are also among the list of prizes.

Anyone who would like to buy tickets is asked to email [email protected] and they will receive details of how the purchase can be made.

The gathering to celebrate Kerry's life will be held on Saturday, October 24th.

Although the event on the night is currently limited to 30 due to Covid 19 restrictions, Tamara hopes that more people will be able to attend if the rules are relaxed.

Born in Germany where her dad was based with the army, Kerry moved to the UK as a teenager and lived in London before moving to Lancashire. She had lived in Rawtenstall, Burnley and a few months before she died Kerry had moved to live in Accrington.

Kerry was mum to Tamara and also Tom (22) Charlie (18) 15-year-old Ben and Luna who is just six.
