A greetings card design competition, held as part of a 'Welcome Home' campaign by Barratt and David Wilson Homes, reached out to Moorland School, which is close to its Waddow Heights on Waddington Road, Clitheroe, for the help of the pupils in designing cards to be handed out to new homebuyers.

Year four students Alexandra and Faith were the winners of the competition and will now see their cards printed and delivered to new residents moving into the development.

Both children have also been awarded a £50 gift card each as a 'thank you' to spend at pottery studio the Paint Pot in Clitheroe.
