Prime plots of Burnley land ideal for car sales or nightclub to go under auctioneer's hammer next month

Two patches of land, on the outskirts of Burnley town centre, that have been earmarked as being suitable for either car sales or a nightclub, have gone on the market.

The two sites are located off Westgate to the rear of Chorley Nissan and close to the junction of the M65 motorway.

The two parcels of unused land will be up for auction with a starting price of £150,000 plus, with Pugh and Co auctioneers next month.

One plot has frontage to Clifton Street and Glen Street and the second plot fronts the Leeds Liverpool Canal.

Both sites are considered suitable for development subject to planning permission. The land is designated for B1, B2 and small scale general business use which includes offices, industrial storage, car retail or a nightclub venue.
