Police concerned for missing man with links to Burnley

Police said they are concerned for Andrew Fowles (33) from Blackburn. He has not been seen since 7am on Friday July 17th.

Andrew is described as a white male, slim build, with short strawberry blonde hair and a dimple in his chin. He has a web tattoo on the top of his arm. His clothing is unknown at this time.

Andrew has links to Blackburn, Hyndburn and Burnley but also further afield.
