Hide AdThree youths were reprimanded for running up a slide and climbing down the frame on the play area at Ball Grove nature reserve off Winewall Road in Colne.
Two of the three, who were part of a 15 strong group of males and females, apologised for their actions but as the third one became argumentative the entire group was dispersed.
An hour later the same group of youths were sat on the King George V park in Skipton Rd and officers spotted the same three culprits throwing an object at other seated members of the group. The park has been plagued by gangs of youths running amok recently and police are working with Pendle Borough Council in a bid to crack down on this behaviour.
