Police appeal for information after swan killed in Burnley

Police are appealing for information and CCTV footage after reports of a swan being killed in Burnley last night.

The shocking incident happened at around 6pm on the Leeds Liverpool canal at the junction of Magnesium Way.

A joint investigation between Burnley Police and the RSPCA has been launched.
