Police appeal after elderly woman informs boys she is lost

Police in Burnley have put out an appeal to trace a elderly woman who told two teenage boys she was lost.

Police are appealing to the woman pictured or anyone who knows her to please contact them.

The boys did their best to help the woman today after she told them shewas lost and couldn't find her way home.

A police spokesman said: "The teenage boys helped her to a place where she stated she knew where she was, however we would still just like to make sure she is okay.

"This is just due to the concerns that have been reported by the two boys.
