Plans passed for miners' memorial wall in Burnley
Plans to build a memorial wall to miners in Burnley's Peace Garden have been passed.
The proposal to erect a small commemorative wall in remembrance of the mining community was passed by Burnley Borough Council this week.
The memorial wall will be situated in the square between Burnley Library and Burnley Magistrates' Court.
