Padiham company to support Burnley homelessness charity

Emmaus Burnley is a charity that provides a home, work and personal support to people who have experienced homelessness. The Gradient Consulting partnership will cover a range of projects to help raise awareness and funds, alongside offering training and consultancy services to develop the Emmaus Burnley social enterprise.

Stephanie Snaith, managing director at Gradient Consulting, said: “Gradient has always been run on an ethical basis and as we grow, it is more important than ever that we give back to the community in which we are based. We see Emmaus as an ideal partner, as they work with people to realise their potential – something that is reflected in how we support our clients and is important to the directors personally.”

Our charity looks forward to working with their staff members to develop our social enterprise and provide valuable personal support to our beneficiaries.”

Emmaus Burnley supports up to 24 formerly homeless people by providing them with a stable home and meaningful work for as long as they need it. The charity operates two shops in Burnley and Rochdale with all the money raised used to help people out of homelessness.
