A Mother's Day lunch event has been cancelled at Burnley Football Club due to the coronavirus outbreak.

The family carvery lunch was due to take place in the James Hargreaves suite this weekend to celebrate Mothering Sunday.
The club announced on social media today that it was following government guidelines regarding social distancing and cancelling the event.
Refunds will be given to those who had booked the event.
