Kids Review: In the Night Garden Live!

IMAGINE a giant igloo stuck in the middle of Trafford Park shopping centre. Its huge, white and looks ever so inticing.

Ruaridh (5) and Flora (2) squealed with delight when they saw the home of Igglepiggle and Upsy Daisy. Flora thought it was a big bowl of frothy cream squirted round the car park. Ruaridh thought we were off to see Pingu!

Once inside the giant inflatable, the deadly duo had the time of the lives. And if truth be told, so did mum and dad.

There are two shows to choose from, Ninky Nonk and Pinky Ponk and we chose the first. Poor old IgglePiggle had lost his blanket and Upsy Daisy and Makka Pakka help him find it. The showdome is brought to life with glitter, colour and lots of exciting creatures shone onto the ceiling.

It’s a gentle story, with soothing music, excellent seating, so everyone can see and a chance to day dream, pure bliss!
