Ham stars set to roll into Burnley

Burnley is to host its second hamster show.

The show and competition is being staged by the Northern Hamster Club at Greenbrook Methodist Church on Saturday (October 1st).

Owners can take their pet hamster along to enter the classes and the show runs from 10am with judging at 1-30pm.

It costs £1 to enter a pet and aswell as hamsters other furry friends are welcome including rabbits, guinea pigs and mice but the organisers ask that no dogs are brought along.

Hamsters will be on sale and there will be Hamster Bowling which is included in the price of the entry.

Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be available .

Entries will be taken from noon at the church in Greenbrook Road, Lowerhouse.
