Andy Thompson, head of auctions North West, said: “We are delighted to have been engaged to sell the property and hope bidders are feeling flush on auction day as, all puns aside, this is an excellent investment opportunity in a great location with a wealth of potential.”

Drawings are available showing the potential for the property to be converted into a restaurant and takeaway, and there is scope for several other uses, subject to the necessary planning permissions.

Andy added: “The drawings show the possibility of creating a takeaway restaurant, but we feel the property would make an ideal office space or even a residential conversion, subject to consent.”
