Dramatic rescue of dog from rock face in Worsthorne
A dog had to be rescued from a high rock face by fire and rescue personnel this morning.

The dog had become trapped on a rock face around 12ft above the ground, close to Hurstwood Reservoir in Worsthorne, at around 7-20am.
Firefighters used a triple extension ladder and throw line to thankfully rescue the dog.
