The Brunshaw estate in Burnley has been the core focus of this most recent programme, during which time more than 400 homes have benefitted.

Calico Homes is now working on a new five-year plan to extend these works across other Burnley neighbourhoods.

Mark Beach, managing director at Calico Homes, said: “We are looking forward to resuming the work and being able to provide our customers with a high-standard of refurbishments and improvements, which will benefit them both now and in the future.

“It’s great to see such a high level of investment being put into the area. I look forward to seeing the results of the programme and the benefits it brings for our customers.

"We will be adhering to strict health and safety standards to ensure that our colleagues and customers are safe whilst the project continues throughout the year.”
