Burnley Youth Theatre to live stream free story telling sessions to mark World Book Day

Burnley Youth Theatre is preparing to live stream story telling sessions to celebrate World Book Day next week.

Friday, 26th February 2021, 3:45 pm

With the aim of getting youngsters far and wide together for a mass reading of two wonderful books, which explore children's mental health, storytellers, Ollie Daley and Taylor Barnes, will bring each tale to life through a 20 minute interactive session.

Both storytelling sessions will be live-streamed into homes and classrooms next Thursday (March 4th).

At 9-30am Ollie will read Ruby's Worry by Tom Percival. Aimed at children up to the age of six, this touching book shines a light on childhood worries and anxieties, no matter how big or small they may be. Tickets for this are free and are available by clicking HERELater that day, at 2pm, Taylor will bring to life the book 'Today I'm Strong' by Nadiya Hussain.
