A Burnley school welcomed a VIP visitor to congratulate pupils on raising the highest total out of 29 schools for Pendleside Hospice.

Headteacher at Cherry Fold Community Primary Mrs Esther Selway presented a cheque for £4,112 , the proceeds from a sponsored bunny hop, to Penny the squirrel mascot who was joined by Keith, Leah and Louisa from the hospice.
