Headteacher at Cherry Fold Community Primary Mrs Esther Selway presented a cheque for £4,112 , the proceeds from a sponsored bunny hop, to Penny the squirrel mascot who was joined by Keith, Leah and Louisa from the hospice.
As a thank you the students who took part were all presented with a pair of bunny ears which they were thrilled to wear.
