Pair charged with conspiracy to murder in Burnley
Two people have appeared before Burnley Magistrates' Court charged with conspiracy to murder following an assault on a man in Burnley.
Liam Johnson (20) and Caroline Meighan (43), who both live in Salford, were charged with the offence after Kurt Crawford (46) was attacked outside his home on Cog Lane on June 14th.
They were both remanded in custody and are due to appear before Manchester Crown Court on December 22nd
A third person, Carl Johnson (28), also from Salford, is due to appear before the court today.
