A LUCKY Padiham man who scooped a staggering £2.38m. on the National Lottery has been celebrating in style at Turf Moor today.
Anthony Young (33), a machine operator at Futaba Tenneco, bought a lucky dip ticket on Saturday which won him a £2,388,987 share of the jackpot.
The former Ivy Bank pupil reveal that he was just months away from being laid off at the factory and said the win was a dream come true.
He beamed: “I just cant believe it is happening to me. I’m still in shock. It has not sunk in yet.
“It has turned my life around. It has turned all my family’s lives around.”
