Responsibility lies across the board for crisis in our A and E

But it is impossible to point the finger of blame at those doctors and nurses who staff these overworked departments.

As well as putting the onus on overworked frontline staff to deliver the goods a certain responsibility still rests on those people who choose to make accident and emergency their first port of call when feeling unwell. The service is at breaking point but the blame is widespread.
