Why do you have to pay twice for parking?
In the last few weeks I have been a regular user of the Towneley car parking facilities mainly Barwise car park.
On one occasion I decided I would leave Barwise and move to the Riverside carpark in Towneley Park thinking that once you had paid for a day’s parking at Towneley Park the parking ticket would be transferable to Riverside car park for the same day.
When I parked at the Riverside car park I soon found out I had to pay another parking fee even though the ticket I had for Barwise had only been issued one hour before.
Can any one tell me why I have to pay twice on the same day to park at the same Burnley amenity?
