We’re hacked off at dealing with tramps
In response to the article regarding “are Ribble Valley Folk too posh for tramps”... no we are not.
What we object to is being accosted in the street at every opportunity and asked for money.
What starts off as asking for the time then progresses on to asking for money.
Many of our town folk are elderly people with no money to spare.
So NO we are not “too posh for tramps” – just hacked off at being pestered.
