We’re disappearing under a sea of litter
What is happening to the Borough of Pendle?
It seems to be disappearing under a sea of litter.
It is on the motorway, under the motorway, on the bypass, on the North Valley, in the town centres.
Last Friday, we went to Skipton – no litter!
On Sunday we went to Great Harwood – no litter!
Here, you can see it starting the instant you turn onto the bypass at Padiham.
Please will someone do something about it, and when are we going to start fining people for dropping it?
