Queen’s Guide Cedric Robinson will lead the group from Arnside shore at 2-45 pm over the sands of Morecambe Bay to Kents Bank, a trek of eight miles that takes around four hours. It costs £10 and everyone receives a free bag, snack and water. There will also be coaches to take walkers from Grange-over-Sands to Arnside.

To sign up, download an entry form from www.rosemere.org.uk or call 01772 522913.
