Think of those with ME at Christmas

As thoughts turn to shopping for gifts and decorating the tree, I ask you to consider the 250,000 people in the UK who may not be well enough to enjoy such things this Christmas.

Living with the chronic condition myalgic encephalomyelitis fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) means they experience disabling pain, unrelenting fatigue, cognitive problems and digestive difficulties.

Research is just one of action ME’s key priorities, along with ensuring people affected by ME/CFS can access the information and support they need at www.actionforme.org.uk
