Thanks for making market event a success
Clitheroe Market Traders’ Club would like to thank our regular customers and visitors for their generosity in making The Easter Saturday Event on Clitheroe Market a cracking success.
It was organised by the market traders partnered by Clitheroe’s recently-formed Marie Curie Charity branch. A massive tombola, cake raffle and childrens quiz were organised, the tombolla and raffle together raising £285.
The weather was warm and sunny and after a long wet and cold winter the public turned out in their hundreds to visit the market and the Continental and Artisan market, which was organised by the council and run by Gerrauds.
