Streets a mess after recycling collection
May I thank the recycle collectors for leaving our back street like a tip every fortnight.
After today’s collection, I went out for the box to find, yet again, cans, meat trays, plastic bottles and cardboard strewn around.
I, for one, am sick and tired picking up after them. We are in a nice area and our backstreet is tidy apart from when they have done their fortnightly visit when the aftermath looks like someone has just emptied their recycling all over.
Is it too much for them to bend their backs and pick up what they drop as I bet it isn’t left in that state outside their own homes.
