Standish Street closure boosted our trade
I read your article about the road closure affecting business in Standish Street.
They say every cloud has a silver lining. We at Walton and Walton auctioneers in Parker Street would like to report an increase in business now the traffic has to pass our door.
As I type this, I have just been informed the closure has been taken away, oh dear! Good for Standish Street but not for us!
