Save money on councillors’ expenses

We already pay for waste collections in the rates, so will these be reduced accordingly? When are true savings going to be looked at, instead of tinkering by councillors?

Perhaps reducing the number of councillors and scrapping a large part of their expenses could be considered and approved for immediate implementation?

This will make more sense than this Cooney - oops sorry - looney suggestion.

This has the makings of an increase in fly-tipping and will not resolve anything other than an increase in cost to the rate-payers and fly-tipping.
