Random act of kindness made my Christmas

Something rather special happened to me the other morning.

Thursday, 26th December 2013, 5:56 pm

I had finished my usual weekly shopping at Sainsbury’s in Colne with my baby girl and we were at the checkout when I noticed an envelope had been placed in my basket with “Merry Christmas” written on it.

I opened it and it was a Christmas card with a £10 note and a message saying “whether this goes towards a gift for yourself or a loved one, enjoy!”

A random anonymous act of kindness. Absolutely magical. Thank you so much to the lovely person who did this.
