Phone bill suffering as I try to get through to Contact Burnley
I would love to know if anyone has been experiencing the same difficulties in getting through to Contact Burnley as I have?
This week alone, I have rang up a total of five times to report fly-tipping, but only getting through twice after a 10-minute wait each time. On asking the lady why the wait was so long, she apologised and told me they were experiencing a high volume of calls, Well surely this can’t be all day ever day?
If this is so, please except my apologies for this rant as I’m so annoyed it’s costing me money each time I ring. In fact my phone bill is getting much to high these days.
