Only bothered about wild flowers when it suits them

Ribble Valley Council came out with the lame excuse that the grass had not been cut “to encourage wild flowers to grow and provide a habitat for wildlife”.

This is the same Ribble Valley Council who last year weren’t bothered about the wild flowers and wildlife which would have been affected by building more than 300 new homes a few hundred yards away (Waddow View) and this still applies to the new and revised Waddow View proposal.
