Now on site, they turn a deaf ear

I wanted to make you aware of our attempts to communicate with Redrow homes on real issues resulting from work and disruption from activity on the Lawsonstead Estate in Whalley.

Redrow are refusing to accept there are any problems

We have tried to engage in dialogue in a reasonable manner but are continually swatted aside by Redrow both on site and at their Head Office and they refuse to accept that there are any issues.

As you will know, when this project was in the planning stage it was both controversial and opposed by the residents of Whalley and the Ribble Valley.

The message from the developers was that everything would be done on a sympathetic and respectful basis to both the village and residents adjacent to the site. Well the fact is that it is not and I think this fact should be brought to the attention of a wider audience.

It will be very interesting to see if Redrow adopt a similar communication policy when it comes to selling the properties.
