Not competent, no matter how many excuses
Coun. Terry Hill’s article about the core strategy was more of an attack on Steve Rush.
I would like to point out that if my employer asked me to do a job in 2006 and I got it wrong and had still not got it right by 2014 it definitely would not be acceptable.
I am sure they would say I was not competent enough to do my job, no matter how many excuses I gave.
