MP happy to talk with ‘celebrity’

One letter was from a person who said that, after an unsuccessful attempt to try to talk to Mr Evans about a local issue in Sabden, he eventually had to write to him hoping for a reply – he is still waiting.

The other letter was from a person who said that, over the years, he had wrote dozens of letters to Mr Evans and had

received a reply every time.

He also stated that only the week before he had had a 50-minute meeting with him over a local issue.

The only difference between the two letters is that one was written by a bit of a local celebrity, having had his own weekly fishing programme on Radio Lancashire.

Guess which one Mr Evans was willing to communicate with?
