LETTER: WRVS is looking for old folk heroes
the WRVS wants to hear more about people who give up their time and energy to help make their communities better.
We are putting together a comprehensive list of “66 over 66”, highlighting the success of older people from all walks of life; one of the categories will be local heroes from local communities. We’re on the search for men and women. They could be your friend, neighbour or member of your family, over the age of 66 who give up their time, who go the extra mile and who refuse to let their age slow them down.
