LETTER: Trees festooned with poop scoop bags
I totally agree with Edward Lee’s comments re “poop scooping”.
However, he did not mention the dog owners who do pick up after their pooches and then leave the bags on the ground or throw them into the hedgerow.
There are paths around Pendle where the trees are festooned with bags of poo.
The puzzling part about this is that usually there is a bin just a short distance away.
