LETTER: The difference between the ‘haves’ and the ‘have nots’
One thing that has struck me after the death of Hugo Chavez and the conflicting assessments of his life is that this world – everywhere – is made up of the “haves” and the “have nots”.
And the “haves” are generally very reluctant to share even their superfluous abundance with the “have nots”.
