LETTER: Sign petition against wind turbines
In the past few months, there have been letters and articles published highlighting the concerns of local residents regarding the erection of wind turbines.
This same problem is being experienced all over the country. An action group from East Anglia has started an E-petition to stop further commercial wind farm projects on land. The Government is responsible for the present policy and if 100,000 people sign the petition, this matter will be eligible for debate in the House of Commons. We need green energy generation but not at the expense of our countryside.
