LETTER: Shakespeare’s ‘Richard III’ at The Grand was great

Recently friends and I enjoyed an imaginatively updated version of Shakespeare’s “Richard III” at The Grand in Clitheroe.

Students from the grammar school obviously thoroughly enjoyed making full use of the facilities at the venue, with music, lighting, film and staging all contributing to a memorable experience for the audience. We are so lucky to have this facility in the town and I would urge everyone to look at the programme for The Grand, as there is something on offer for everyone to enjoy.
