LETTER: Sabden Live was a day to remmeber
The sun shone and even though it was cold it didn’t stop people from supporting the event, which was raising funds for the North West Air Ambulance. People came from miles around to see and hear the wide variety of live bands and singers, who were very popular with everyone.
The car park was full of people dancing and clapping, even the very young children were having a good time on the play area adjacent to the car park – an excellent family day all round.

Hide AdIt was lovely to see people we hadn’t seen for years. It’s amazing how an event such as this brings people together, which has to be a good thing. To all those people who missed the concert, you missed a treat... make sure you remember next year !
Our congratulations and thanks go out to Kevan Lingard for organising the event, all the bands and singers the landlord/lady of the Pendle Witch Pub and all the people behind the scenes who worked very hard to make the second Sabden Live concert a huge success.
Well done to you all and thank you for a very memorable day
RAYMOND and EILEEN LOWE, Sabden
