LETTER: Rule breakers be warned

What is it about rules? For some people, one should not be designed for putting empty glass bottles into a container because they might have to carry it for a while? But a full or partly full bottle is kept firmly in one’s grasp.

Some drivers sound their horns in particular to move others onto a further car parking space. Some drivers persistently park across dropped kerbs with brick pathways for aiding people with pushchairs or who are disabled or blind, which is the whole idea of them. So, if you know of a rule that you are flouting, I think it could be you that needs a rule that is spoiling your way of life. Not that anyone of us is infallible.
