LETTER: Recycling collectors should take more care
like “Fed Up” I, too, have problems with bins and boxes not being put back in place and with lids left off. If we were found doing this, no doubt it would lead to a fine or at least a warning.
Maybe my collectors are supporters of Blackburn Rovers as I have, along with house numbers, Burnley FC stickers on my bins - but joking apart, if crews are collecting fewer brown bins every day, can they not make time to do a proper job by replacing bins and boxes in a correct manner?
