LETTER: Praise for the Royal Blackburn Hospital

I AM writing this letter because of what I have read in the Press about the Royal Blackburn Hospital and it was not very good.

I honestly can say I have spent two weeks in the hospital and, from getting into the ambulance with the paramedic who put me on oxygen because my breathing was very bad with a chest infection and fluid on my lungs, I was treated with the utmost care and kindness.

On arrival at accident and emergency I was X-rayed, had bloods taken in no time at all and still with the same care and kindness.

The same applies to ward C, all the nursing staff showed they cared and I can only praise them for all their hard work and the lovely food I was served. Thank you all.
