LETTER: In praise of ‘Aladdin’ panto

OKAY, so I’m biased, I have several relatives involved.

This year’s Sion Baptist Pantomime “Aladdin” is as brilliant as any of the previous years pantos.

The amount of effort applied to make the costumes, scenery, the choreography, the singing and dancing and continuity is a credit to everybody involved. To describe these as amateur productions beggars belief.

Everybody involved – the cast, backstage crew and anybody else who perhaps only plays a minor part is a credit not only to themselves but to everybody else in this annual treat.
