LETTER: Please be courteous on ths buses
I REALISE bus drivers have a lot to put up with regarding some passengers and in the main provide a good and polite service.
However, please please would drivers ask passengers to move down the bus to stand or sit. It’s bad enough at normal times but now that folk are Christmas shopping, plus prams, and people I mainly see are teenagers and college students. They will not move and therefore shoppers and the elderly have to go for a seat right at the back and when the time comes to get off it is a hazard in itself, especially for those infirm or using sticks.
Please drivers help! If any young persons are reading this please move behind the drivers and think of those less able.
