LETTER: Newly-elected councillor’s pledge to people
I AM writing to send my thanks to the residents of Salthill ward for the warm welcome they gave me during the recent by-election that resulted in my election to Clitheroe Town Council.
Although I missed out on election to Ribble Valley Borough Council by a mere four votes I am determined to work tirelessly for all the residents of Salthill for the next three-and-a-half years.
