LETTER: New building is an asset, not an eyesore

Some time ago The Clitheroe Advertiser and Times ran an article in which claims were made that the recently completed building close to the northern corner of the market site would overshadow the lock-up market stalls.

As the location means there will certainly be no sun shadows cast on any of the lock-up stalls, is there still any justification for this “overshadow” claim?

While it may not suit some tastes, personally I think is a good visual asset to the particular area.
