LETTER: Murder of Drummer Lee Rigby is beyond belief
The horrific murder of Manchester soldier Lee Rigby is almost beyond words as well as belief.
This brave young father survived the many perils of Afghanistan and unbelievably was then deliberately cut down in the prime of life while walking down a busy London street.
My heart goes out to him and his devastated family, including his poor innocent son who has been forever deprived of his dad. Like everyone else I desperately wish I could do something to ease their pain but, of course, we are all impotent.
There must be, and will be, a full inquiry into this terrible tragedy. Meanwhile all I can do is offer my prayers.
