LETTER: Mobility scooter pleads for one-way street

I AM writing to complain to Lancashire County Council about Brennand Street as it is too narrow to be a two-way street.

When cars and vans park there you cannot see what is coming.

I happen to be a mobility scooter user and I cannot see what is coming as I have to be on the road because there are no proper curbs.

Please make it a one-way street, as it should be.
